Q. Is the Ku Klux Klan illegal?
No. The Klan is neither organized crime, nor a terrorist organization, nor ever was it. In fact, elected officials, state governors, and even a President of the United States, were members of the Klan. “Criminal” and “terroristic” would be adjectives more fitting to Black Lives Matter and many other leftist groups.
Q. Can my membership remain anonymous?
Yes. In fact, often times there are members who are professionals of a peculiar talent or influence who can function better if their Klan affiliation is kept secret. For this reason, you may use an alias. Also, there are ways to anonymously submit any membership dues or voluntary contributions.
Q. If I don’t feel comfortable with outright joining, is there a way for me to assist the organization by making a donation?

Q. Will I be forced to commit violence, or do anything illegal?
Absolutely not. In fact, it is strictly forbidden for any member to engage in any unlawful behavior, or commit any illegal act, or engage in the advocacy, encouragement, or planning thereof.

Q. Is there any cost to join?
To help with operating expenses, we ask only for a one-time enrollment donation, if approved for membership, and monthly membership dues, both of which amounts are determined by each member, based on his own situation and circumstances. In other words, we only ask that a member contribute what he is sincerely and genuinely able to do contribute, without unreasonable sacrifice, be it in terms of contribution of his time, or financially. Unlike other organizations, we use every dollar we receive towards accomplishing the objectives of the organization.
